Responsibilities
Director of Residential Engineering will support, mentor and manage a team of Project Managers, Project Engineers and TechniciansMonitor engineers' performancesThe Director of Residential Engineering will prepare and deliver presentations to clientsForecast overall project managementThe Director of Residential Engineering will be responsible for leading project pursuits
Requirements
Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field.PE Registration is required.
If not currently a licensed PE in Georgia, the ability to obtain a GA PE license via reciprocity is required.15 plus years of related experienceProject experience related to residential site development is required for the Director of EngineeringExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must.Organizational skills and detail orientedPrevious experience managing project teams, budgets, schedules and deliverables
