Our Metro Detroit client is seeking a direct hire Director of Revenue Cycle. As the Director of Revenue Cycle, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the revenue cycle process, including billing, collections, accounts receivable, and revenue integrity. In addition, the Director of Revenue Cycle will be responsible for leading the revenue cycle team to ensure efficient and accurate processing of revenue cycle activities. The Revenue Cycle Director will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to optimize revenue cycle performance and working to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The ideal Director of Revenue Cycle must have a minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with at least 3 years of direct revenue cycle management experience. The ideal candidate must also have a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, accounting, or a related field is required. In addition, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in utilizing large ERP systems with strong proficiency utilizing Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas.
