Since 1989, TNT Services has been a leading provider of comprehensive fleet vehicle services in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. We specialize in pressure washing for light-duty and medium-duty fleet vehicles, Semi-Truck and Bus Body repair, reconditioning, and detailing. Over the past fifteen years, we have expanded our services to include commercial building, storefronts, flat surfaces, garages, and snow plowing.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Director of Sales and Marketing to oversee the sales growth of all operations across our five locations: Columbus, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Indianapolis, and Louisville, Kentucky. Responsibilities (but not limited to): Develop and manage sales budgets and goals Train and mentor Account Managers Measure and improve Account Manager's effectiveness Identify needs for additional Account Managers and their skill sets Identify areas of potential growth Coach sales team through customer conflicts Travel to other locations 2-3 days per week Assist in hiring and termination processes Build customer relationships through social engagements Qualifications Business school or equivalent training Five to ten years of Sales and Management training experience Five years of Upper-Level management experience Proven track record of professional growth Experience in hiring and growing a team Experience with P&L budgeting and forecasting Sales experience in selling a service Proficiency in cold calling & networking Good computer skills Ability to work with operations Valid Driver's License Compensation Competitive Salary + bonus based on experience
