What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage sourcing of new accounts and build customer relationships
Lead and coach a team of Account Managers to achieve sales goals
Develop key relationships with Category Management and National Account leadership
Act as a liaison between customers and operations staff
Support implementation of new business and ensure customer expectations are met
What Is Required (Qualifications)
7 years of sales experience with 3 years in transportation, 3PL, or Supply Chain
2 years of people leadership experience
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Marketing, or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Suite of Services, business plan strategies, and supply chain management software
Strong negotiation skills and ability to travel 30-50%
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in Food Distribution or related industry
Knowledge of CRM tools and lead generation software
