Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and organized Sales Associate Coordinator to facilitate a seamless transition for new residents into our community. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for working with seniors, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities as a Sales Associate Coordinator: Resident Onboarding: Coordinate the move-in process for new residents, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and preferences are accommodated.Family Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for residents' families, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the move-in process.Collaboration: Work closely with various departments (care staff, maintenance, and activities) to ensure a smooth transition for new residents.Community Tours: Conduct personalized tours for prospective residents and their families, highlighting the community's amenities and services.Follow-Up: Schedule and conduct follow-up meetings with new residents and their families to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing needs.Sales Tracking: Maintain a sales tracking system and manage creative follow-up campaigns for prospects.Reporting: Assist with the completion and dissemination of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.Desired Characteristics as a Sales Associate Coordinator: Compassionate and empathetic, with a genuine desire to help seniors and their families.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent multitasking abilities.Proactive and solution-oriented, capable of anticipating and addressing potential challenges.Positive attitude and a team player who fosters a collaborative environment.Experience and Education Reqs: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Gerontology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.Prior experience in senior living, customer service, or healthcare coordination is a plus.Proficiency in Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems is essential.Knowledge of senior care services and an understanding of the challenges faced by seniors and their families.How to Apply for Sales Associate Coordinator: Please submit your application through our website or contact us directly for more information.
