Job Description
Develops, implements, and evaluates Albright LIFE Marketing & Enrollment plans.
Reviews and updates Marketing & Admissions policies annually, recommending changes as needed.
Manages the department budget, ensuring alignment with business goals and financial stewardship.
Provides leadership, supervision, and performance evaluations for Marketing & Enrollment staff.
Develops and maintains quality assurance programs, identifying improvement opportunities.
Plans and coordinates Marketing and Outreach events, including collateral and promotional items.
Oversees the communications and PR strategies at each LIFE location as it relates to the marketing plan.
Builds and maintains community partnerships, attends networking events, and seeks marketing and outreach opportunities.
Cultivates effective relationships with key external stakeholders (referral partners), Department of Aging, Independent Enrollment Broker, Office of Long-Term Living, County Assistance Offices, etc.
Accountable for the coordination of and timely submission of enrollment and marketing data to state and regulatory agencies, advocacy/lobbying organizations, leadership and others as identified.
Coordinates and facilitates enrollment, and census management meetings
Participates as an active member in the PALPA Enrollment and Marketing Group.
Documents and implements process improvement(s) and utilizes appropriate processes to accomplish objectives and goals.
Performs other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
Three (3) to five (5) years of sales, marketing, customer service or related experience. Specific business experience with the aging services industry preferred. PACE program experience highly desired.
Proficient and efficient with Microsoft Office computer package and the ability to learn Asbury's database system.
