Director Of Sales, Intimates + Walmart

Our client, a leading intimates and loungewear company, is seeking an Account Director to join their team in Secaucus, NJ!

Responsibilities
Conduct competitive market research for intimate apparel and activewear
Understand Walmart's retail structure, providing direction to design and production teams
Develop accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales performance, market trends, etc.
Manage the sales budget
Manage all lab dip, size set, and factory approvals
Make sure CADs are updated for planning, design, and production
Actively collaborate with Walmart's buying teams
Oversee item setups (timelines, spec sheets, cost maintenance, etc.)
Will manage 1 Account Manager and 2 Account Coordinators

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
7+ years of sales management experience
Strong communication skills
MUST have Walmart account management experience
MUST have experience working in private label
Must have experience working with intimate apparel and activewear
Domestic travel required

Salary: $150,000-$175,000
