Supervisor Title: Executive Director
Salary: $90,000-$110,000 Annually
Full-Time: 9:00am- 5:00pm Monday- Friday with Weekends and Manager on Duty as Needed

Position Title: Director
Responsible for direct sales and market planning activities that result in positive sales activity for the campus. Leads the sales/marketing/admissions team. Coaches and counsels team members and acts as a liaison between Departments.
Primarily responsible for maintaining and implementing a comprehensive marketing program for the Masonic Home of NJ and ongoing operational responsibility for the same with emphasis on maximum occupancy levels for optimal operation efficiency
Makes a minimum average of three (3) net sales per month when units are available.
Adds a minimum average of two (2) new priority applications per month.
Develops a strong network of professional and agency referral sources.
Provides oversight and mentoring to Admissions Team Leader so that Keystone Center and Cedar Commons admissions (Census, Wait List etc) objectives are met.
Interacts with prospective residents to market services and facilities in a manner which meets the customer's needs.
Works collaboratively with departments in other service areas to assure Marketing initiatives meet organizational marketing and sales goals.
Maintains detailed data base tracking system.
Develops Marketing and Sales Programs for presentation to prospective residents.
Prepares ongoing marketing, census, financial, and statistical reports.
Arranges work schedules and assigns duties.
Develops and maintains a list of qualified residents for occupancy of turnover in retirement living.
Assists in preparation of written articles for various publications as directed by the Executive Director and Ashlar Creative Solutions.
Develops annual operating and capital budget for department.
Interviews and recommends employment of new team members.
Supervises bi-weekly payroll.
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Advertising, Business Administration, or Human Services.
Ability to effectively present programs in both written and oral form to potential residents.
A knowledge of media marketing communication techniques including, but not limited to, select personal mailing and select mass media publications and outlets.
A knowledge of basic business financial transactions and related documents.
Experience in real estate or senior marketing would be beneficial.
Equivalent combination of training and experience.
Good written, oral, organizational, and basic computer skills
