WHAT YOU'LL DO We are seeking a dynamic Director of Sales Training to drive sales growth across multiple businesses within our enterprise. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive, ongoing training programs for our Business Development Managers (BDMs), ensuring they have the tools and skills needed to excel. You'll work closely with executive leadership to build a scalable sales training model that supports BDM development and drives team success.

Core responsibilities include designing, implementing, and enhancing sales training systems, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes and accountability. As the Director of Sales Training, you'll be hands-on with the BDM team, building foundational systems that promote long-term growth and performance excellence. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM Experience:
At least 5 - 7 years growing high volume sales teams, with an emphasis on training, coaching, performance management, and leadership and driving team performance. Experienced in driving sales strategy and execution in a PEO environment. Generates crisp, clear and executable plans and timelines. Can both clearly define the end outcome and map the steps to get there. Attune to team dynamics and health. Puts the team ahead of self through words and actions. Always willing to lend a hand to a peer. Project management experience and skills. Ability to catalyze and energize a team with clear plans, accountabilities and teamwork to efficiently execute. Hands on execution skills. Can roll up sleeves and independently drive critical work, even from a blank slate, as necessary. Strong strategic planning and creative tactical problem solving skills. A history of overcoming challenges to achieve results. Excellent presentation, vision, and communication skills. Self motivated. Your unique background, perspectives, and experience matter to us. This allows us to work as one team, no matter where you are. Competitive Pay & Benefits: We believe in recognizing and rewarding your hard work. The pay range for this role is $160,000 - $190,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for an additional compensation incentive in the form of performance-based commissions/bonuses.
