Responsibilities
• Provide strategic planning and leadership• Supervise a team and oversee administrative, financial, and event functions• Work closely with on-campus constituents and external clients• Collaborate with campus leadership to plan and execute campus-wide events• Maintain inventory of special events assets• Serve as the Functional System Administrator for scheduling application• Develop a long-term business strategy for client acquisition and retention• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• Master's degree and 1 year related experience, or bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience• Valid driver's license and good driving record• Good salesmanship, marketing, and event planning skills• Excellent teamwork and communication skills• Strong knowledge of technologies and software• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
