Embodying, advocating, and operationalizing the mission, vision, and strategic direction of the schoolManaging the Dean of Intervention, culture team, mental health, and student health team, as well as their workstreamsWorking in coordination with the Director of Special Education to increase student achievement for students not served by the regular education program, both academically and behaviorally.Achieving dramatic and consistent improvement in the academic performance of students with exceptionalitiesEnsuring that the school complies with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations governing students with exceptionalitiesCreating systems for tracking data on student progress, both behaviorally and academicallyUsing data to evaluate the strength of our academic and behavioral programsSupporting and leading professional development and growth of faculty, especially with regard to supporting students for whom the regular education program is not sufficientParticipating in daily, weekly, and quarterly meetings about student achievementUsing leadership feedback and goal-setting to improve daily practiceParticipating in the life of the school, including student activities and eventsWhat We Offer: Click here for more information about our innovative compensation system.
