We are seeking an experienced Talent Attraction Leader to oversee and optimize our recruitment function for national scale. The Director, Talent Attraction, will lead the recruiting team for our mission-driven, growth-focused outpatient behavioral health practice and report to the Chief People Officer. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting healthcare professionals, particularly in the behavioral health sector, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing, professional team.

Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive talent attraction strategies aligned with SOL Mental Health's growth objectivesLead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and performance managementEstablish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, executives, and external partnersDesign and optimize recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in attracting top talentLeverage data analytics to inform recruitment strategies and track key performance indicatorsStay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent attraction, particularly within the behavioral health sectorCollaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive sourcing strategiesSupport SOL's compensation strategy and overall staffing budgetEnsure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulationsManage the recruitment budget and vendor relationshipsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent job experience5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership roleProven experience in healthcare recruitment, with a strong preference for behavioral health provider recruitmentDemonstrated success in managing recruitment functions during periods of rapid organizational growthExperience in nationwide recruitment and familiarity with regional labor marketsStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR technologiesKnowledge of employment laws and regulationsStrategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with behavioral health provider recruitmentCertifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHRExperience with diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitmentWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing organizationCollaborative and innovative work environmentProfessional development and growth opportunitiesSOL Mental Health is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
