You will serve as a professional role model and clinical resource and educator for therapists and other members of your team, develop goals and objectives for your team, and will participate in budget/fiscal management.
In this role, you will be well-supported by a three managers who will assist you with day to day operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate of Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy from an accredited program5 to 10 years of therapy experience, 3 years of management experienceMust be detail oriented but also able to see the big pictureExcellent communication skills across all levelsCollaborative, team building personality styleServant leader mindsetABOUT USNealy Pierce is leading the way for Nursing Leadership opportunities.
