Director of Training Location: Rochester, NY
Job Summary: The Director of Training is responsible for managing the learning and professional development of the organization's workforce.
Responsibilities: Identify training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with managers and human resources.Design and develop training programs based on the organization's and individuals' needs.Consider and develop budgets for training.Consult with team members to produce programs.Develop effective programs for new and existing employees.Devise individual learning plans.Produce training materials for in-house courses.Manage the delivery of training and development programs.Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.Ensure that licensing requirements are met.Assist managers with specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.Keep up to date with developments in training through relevant journals, courses, and meetings.Understand e-learning techniques.Communicate effectively in a professional manner.Skills: Competent in MS Office.Able to use data for reporting.Articulate.Education: BS or MS in Education or related field.Experience in Real Estate, license preferred.
