We have newly been selected as a multi-unit operations and are seeking a Director of Training to lead our new restaurant training program at Chick-fil-A Larkridge in Thornton, Co which is just 4 miles from Chick-fil-A Orchard Park.

Benefits: Compensation: $70-80k (depending on skill set and previous work history) this is an hourly position with requirements of 45-46 hours a week to achieve the above compensation.
Working nights is a requirement of this opportunity.
Health Benefits: Owner/Operator contributes $500 monthly (out of pocket cost of
$60-100 monthly)
Retirement: 401K up to 4% monthly match (after year 1)
Two Weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) available after a 3 month training
Closed on Sundays
Opportunity: This first and foremost is an Operational Training Director role: you will be required to be on shift training team members and supporting operations.

Your Impact: Delivering operational excellence & coordinating with other leaders to deliver remarkable results across all areas of the restaurant
Building high-performance teams, identifying and coaching leaders for both Front of House and Back of House operations
Managing a team of 100+, creating an inspiring vision, coaching and holding people accountable to high standards
Increasing profitability through implementing procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, & promote sales
Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety
Increasing overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings, and setting high-level collaborative goals
Background and Competencies:
Previous management experience preferred
Proven track record of developing others
Humility - Willingness to complete tasks outside of one's day to day job duties for the overall benefit of our organization
Ownership - Ability to implement systems and desire to see tasks through to completion

A Day In The Life:
Monday- Saturday availability | 45-46 hours/week | Sundays + 1 other week day off per week
Overtime pay for anything over 40 hours
Time Expectations: During the training period you will accelerate through all aspects of the Back of House before progressing to the different roles in the Front of House.
As you see how all of these pieces fit together, you will learn how to think and what to look for when it comes to running all aspects of the operation.

Nights are a requirement of this role and you will be expected to work 2-3 nights per week.
This aspect of the job will never change and will always be required.
