Director, Operations - Arizona, Colorado, Kansas & Oklahoma
Job Overview:
The Director of Operations will be responsible for leading the NSA Brands division (200+ stores) of National Storage Affiliates in all facets of store operations and performance. This person will lead a team of Regional Managers, Area Managers and field team members to deliver a great experience for our team and customers while living and promoting our values as the leader of the NSA Brands division.
This position requires a minimum of 50% travel.
Reports to: Sr. Director Operations
Compensation Range: $95,000 - $100,000 Base + Bonus + Long Term Incentive
Location: The successful candidate must be based in Phoenix, AZ; Denver, CO or Colorado Springs, CO.

Develops and implements long range business strategies to ensure that stores across the region are meeting or exceeding forecasted revenue plans.
Responsible for key performance indicators (KPI) across the division.
Possess the ability to inspire, have fun and have a team follow you because they want to, not because they have to.
Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelors Degree preferred
5-7 years of Management experience in multi-unit environment is required
Leading operations changes across the organization
Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft Office Applications
