Job DescriptionTeam The App Engine Outbound Product Management team is responsible for all outbound GTM and commercial aspects of ServiceNow App Engine, our industry leading low-code app dev offering. Our Outbound Product Managers interact with our existing and prospective customers to guide them on product journeys, bring their voices back to our product roadmap, help drive product strategy, guide product messaging and positioning, enable sales with technical content and enablement, and help craft product packaging and pricing. We collaborate closely with multiple cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, solution consulting, pricing strategy and operations, customer outcomes, product success, training and certification etc.).
Role Overview As a Director-level team leader, you will provide strategic leadership for the App Engine GTM Outbound Product Management function, driving business decisions with mid- to long-term impact. You will be responsible for developing and implementing work group strategies, policies, and plans that position ServiceNow's App Engine and Generative AI solutions for sustainable growth and market dominance.
