Job Overview: RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Director Patient Care for Community Medical Center. Progressive Care Unit (2C). Community Medical Center, is a 592-bed, fully accredited acute care hospital offering area residents world-class medical treatment with the comforts of hometown care. Opened in 1961, CMC has evolved into the state s newest teaching hospital with four residency programs and Ocean County s largest and most active health care facility caring for over 21,500 inpatients, 178,000 outpatients and 73,700 emergency department patients each year. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. Master s preferred Current New Jersey RN Licensure BLS required.(American Heart Association) Candidates must have 3-5 years of leadership experience Scheduling Requirements : Full Time 40 hours per week Essential Functions: Staff includes RN's, CNA's & Unit Secretaries.
