Key Responsibilities: Work on developing and implementing a comprehensive people strategy aligned with organizational goals Lead the creation, enhancement, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures Oversee the design and administration of total rewards programs, including compensation and benefits Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all HR functions Spearhead learning and development initiatives to foster employee growth and organizational capability Oversee payroll operations and ensure accurate and timely processing Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership on people-related matters Manage NYC office management staff and operations Qualifications: Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices Expertise in total rewards strategy and administration Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decision-making Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives to business objectives SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred Bachelor's degree or greater required Our people are our most valuable asset. The salary range for this role is $180,000 - 1$90,000 . Base salary may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs.
