Position: Director, Performance Outcomes & Risk As the Director of Performance Outcomes & Risk at Scripps Green, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance across the hospital and the broader Scripps Health system. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading and overseeing quality improvement initiatives, driving excellence in patient safety and care outcomes. Developing and executing strategies to maintain and exceed regulatory compliance standards. Partnering with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care quality and foster continuous performance improvement. Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to guide ongoing quality initiatives.
