ABOUT THE ROLE The Director of Portfolio Management will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. In this role, you will oversee the strategic management of the company's AI, data centers, and digital asset mining facilities, as well as energy assets. You will adopt an ownership mindset to handle complex investments and optimize performance through operational and commercial strategies.
Your key mission will be to create and implement strategies that maximize the value and efficiency of these assets. You'll work closely with senior leadership on major decisions related to acquisitions, divestitures, and operational strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing strategies to enhance the performance of the company's energy, AI, and digital asset portfoliosLeading deal structuring for acquisitions, sales, and refinancingCollaborating with executives and board members to ensure asset management aligns with company goalsManaging the financial performance of assets, including overseeing P&L responsibilitiesEnsuring compliance with regulatory standards across all asset locationsLeading a high-performance team to drive accountability and resultsABOUT YOU Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Business, or a similar field, with advanced degrees such as an MBA or CFA being advantageousExtensive experience in asset management, private equity, or investment banking, with a background in managing large-scale portfolios, preferably in energy or digital infrastructureProven track record in executing M&A transactions, refinancing, and enhancing financial performanceStrong leadership and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationshipsAbility to think creatively and work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentPassionate about energy and cutting-edge technologyWORK ENVIRONMENT This role is based in the company's corporate headquarters located in Miami's Brickell area.
