Job Description:The Teams The Asset Management Compliance, Risk and Business Operations (CRBO) group comprises the following teams: AM Compliance, AM Risk, Business Operations and Strategy, Counterparty Research & Analytics, Investment Services, and Strategic Business Initiatives.

The Role The Portfolio Services team within Fidelity Asset Management Solutions (FAMS) provides daily support to the investment organization to help ensure the integrity of the operational landscape and serve as a point of contact for investment professionals and FAMS business partners.
We do this by taking the lead on new product implementation and product updates, troubleshooting problems, coordinating cross-company initiatives, and driving efficient business processes.
We are looking for someone who is passionate and motivated with a strong desire to support the investment process on behalf of our customers.
The Director of Portfolio Services is a leader who demonstrates the ability to manage complex projects, help triage business issues, develop and establish efficient processes, and maintain relationships across the organization in support of critical strategic priorities.
The successful candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate the ability to lead complex initiatives, and drive creative solutions.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring 7-10 years working experienceBachelor's degree required; master's degree preferredBroad-based Fidelity and/or investment industry experience: experience supporting investment processes, familiarity with middle and back-office investment functions and operationsStrong project-management skills; can think end-to-end about processes and workflowsDemonstrated relationship building and influence capabilitiesExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong team orientation; commitment to excellence; attention to detailStrong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholdersThe Successful Candidate will: Coordinate and lead cross-company project teamsManage programs from inception to completion to meet business goalsBuild & foster strong relationships across multiple internal and external teams (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Treasurer's Office, Fidelity Fund & Investment Operations (FFIO), Risk, Investment Product, Product Governance, etc.
