How will you make an impact in this role?
The Global Commercial Services Cross Platform Delivery team is looking for a Director, Product Delivery and Integration?to lead large, complex end-to-end project initiatives in our New Product Development domain with the dedicated focus they demand, and who:
Partners with Product Managers and Owners, as well as the core Technology teams to understand the high-and-low-level intended outcome of the program and drive efficient decision-making to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
Coordinates and reviews end to end delivery plans, from discovery through build and test, to production release.
Supports and guides the development process, collaborating effectively across teams to skillfully execute on deliverables in a timely manner.
Establishes and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders and cross functional partners to deliver collaboratively
Demonstrates a solid understanding of the business process, drivers for change and how to move projects forward accordingly
Implements process improvements to streamline areas for your team such as hiring, onboarding, and internal/external communication
Cultivates an environment of continuous improvement through technical guidance, coaching, mentoring, and feedback.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years technical experience in a key area of the lifecycle of delivering large, complex initiatives
7+ years in agile product development and delivery
A good balance of business acumen and technical knowledge with a proven track record of driving digital innovation with a customer-first mindset
Experience?partnering cross functionally and being a hands-on leader to drive successful execution
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment
High degree of organization, individual initiative and personal accountability
Preferred Qualifications
Computer Science degree
Salary Range: $145,000.00 to $230,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
