Ezee Fiber is seeking a strategic, innovative, and results-driven Director, Product to oversee the full end-to-end product lifecycle across our Fiber to the Home (FTTH), Enterprise, Small Business, and Community Solutions (MDU and master-planned communities) businesses.
In this role, you will lead four key verticals:
Product Strategy: Establishing and managing the product and offer roadmap including residential multi-gig fiber internet, Wi-Fi 6E, 7, 8, community Wi-Fi, IP video streaming, voice, and enterprise fiber connectivity solutions.Product Management: Driving continuous improvement of launched products and overseeing product retirements to ensure an innovative and customer-centric portfolio.Product Marketing: Collaborating closely with marketing to ensure a compelling go-to-market strategy, developing messaging and enablement tools, and equipping teams to effectively position and sell our products.Product Operations: Working in close partnership with network architecture and engineering to launch new products efficiently, maintain optimal performance of existing products, and monitor critical systems including Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) and network infrastructure.Your ability to blend strategic insight, disciplined product management, and cross-functional teamwork will ensure Ezee Fiber's solutions remain market-leading and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap across FTTH, enterprise, SMB, MDU, and master-planned community segments.Conduct market research, competitive analyses, and customer feedback sessions to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.Define product positioning, pricing strategies, and value propositions that align with business goals and differentiate our offerings.Product ManagementOversee the entire product lifecycle—from concept to launch and beyond—ensuring continuous improvement and timely product retirements.Leverage performance metrics, customer insights, and industry benchmarks to refine products and enhance user experience.Ensure that each product evolves to stay relevant, profitable, and aligned with customer needs.Product MarketingPartner with the marketing team to develop and refine product messaging, marketing materials, and sales enablement tools.Train sales, customer support, and success teams to confidently articulate product benefits and unique selling points.Align product launches with integrated marketing campaigns to maximize awareness, engagement, and conversion.Product OperationsCollaborate closely with network architecture and engineering teams to launch new products, ensuring readiness across all systems and touchpoints.Monitor CPE, network performance, and other operational metrics to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and maintain the highest quality of service.Implement a framework for ongoing product performance evaluation, ensuring products consistently meet or exceed customer experience standards.Other ResponsibilitiesMetrics and Evaluation: Establish KPIs to measure product success and use data-driven insights for continuous improvement.Customer Experience: Advocate for exceptional user experiences, ensuring product performance aligns with customer expectations.Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.Budget Management: Manage product development and marketing budgets, ensuring strategic allocation of resources to meet short- and long-term objectives.All other duties as assigned and deemed necessary for the role.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.7+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or related roles, with at least 4 years in a leadership capacity.Proven experience launching and managing fiber-based connectivity products or similar telecommunications solutions.Strong understanding of networking technologies, fiber infrastructure, and principles of exceptional customer experience.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple complex initiatives concurrently.Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.Preferred QualificationsAdvanced degree (MBA or equivalent).Experience across B2C, B2B, and MDU market segments.Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in telecommunications.Familiarity with agile product development methodologies and tools.Competitive compensation package
