About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned product leader to drive the development and launch of our products in the government sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, product management expertise, and experience working with government agencies. The Director, Product Management will be responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer success.
A Day in the LifeDevelop and execute product strategy and roadmap for government sector productsCollaborate with government agencies, industry experts, and internal stakeholders to identify market needs and opportunitiesLead product discovery, definition, and launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needsWork closely with engineering teams to ensure successful product development and launchDevelop and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders and industry partnersAnalyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product decisionsDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product successLead and manage a team of product managers and associate product managersEstablish thought leadership in the government sector through:Speaking engagements at industry conferences and eventsPublishing articles and whitepapers on government healthcare topicsParticipating in government committees and working groupsDeveloping and maintaining relationships with key government influencers and decision-makersCollaborating with industry partners to advance government healthcare initiativesWhat You Need10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on healthcare or government sectorsProven track record of launching successful products in the government sectorStrong understanding of healthcare industry trends, challenges, and opportunitiesExperience working with government agencies and navigating regulatory environmentsExcellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferredAdditional QualificationsExperience with healthcare data analytics and interoperability standardsKnowledge of government healthcare programs and policiesCertification in product management or a related fieldEstablished network of government contacts and industry relationshipsWe offer competitive benefits to set you up for success in and outside of work.
