The pay range is $144,400.00 - $259,900.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. As a Product Director, you will set the overall strategic vision for your product space and product team, accountable for succeeding against identified business outcomes and metrics, managing the product's budget and financials, and setting short- and long-term product goals.
You will be accountable for building, coaching, and mentoring a strong team of product managers while fostering a culture of progress, transparency, and efficiency. Your role involves driving product discovery with key stakeholders, leveraging data and analytics for decision making, and delivering recommendations to key stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities: Set the strategic vision for the product team.Accountable for business outcomes and metrics.Manage the product's budget and financials.Build, coach, and mentor product managers.Drive product discovery and validate hypotheses with customers.Leverage data for competitive analysis and decision making.About You: Four-year degree or equivalent experience.10+ years of product management experience, preferably in IAM, tech, or digital.Strong communication skills and proven ability to influence at a strategic level.Experience in agile environments.Ability to lead and influence across multiple teams.Experience developing Product Managers.Ability to communicate the product story effectively.This position operates as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs.
