Director, Product Management Full-Time Position Are you ready to make an impact? WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Define and drive the strategy and vision of the core business applications supporting Lead to Cash at Kaseya. Ensure that the business application roadmaps align with the overall GTM, product, and company visions. Be an expert on the core business applications (SFDC, Netsuite) and all platform/technology related changes for lead to cash applications with Kaseya. Understand and be able to fully represent the customer (internal business users). Be the champion and voice of these customers. Own requirements, specifications, and release plans. Demonstrate a customer-driven mindset by participating frequently in customer conversations and ensuring ongoing customer feedback and validation of solutions. Be the voice and face of the applications within your functional area. Act as a domain and product expert. Work cross-functionally with leadership from key corporate functions (Finance, HR, GTM, GTM Operations, Accounting, etc.) to prioritize roadmaps and make decisions on key technology investments to support the business. Recruit and retain "A" players and inspire your team with genuine enthusiasm and passion. Develop KPIs for the applications within your portfolio in order to manage effectiveness and use data driven insights to inform the future roadmap and prioritization decision making process. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering to define and develop best-in-class product experiences for your end users. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Leadership – A proven ability to set a vision, excite, and lead cross-functional technology teams and broader stakeholders. Proven experience supporting and leading enterprise business application management and development. Deep experience Experience with Agile development methodologies including at least three years of experience with a variant of Agile (lean, kanban, etc.). Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills. Strong technical skills and business acumen - Proven ability to execute on the spectrum of technical challenges. Education and Certifications Bachelors degree preferred, relevant field/technical experience accepted. SFDC Certifications desired.
