Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions (BEWS) is the group responsible for leading Ericsson's Enterprise Networking and Security business. Our growing product portfolio spans across wide area networks, local area networks and enterprise security. We are the #1 global market leader in Wireless-WAN based enterprise connectivity solutions and are growing fast in enterprise Private 5G networks and Secure Access Services Edge (SASE) solutions.

How Will You Contribute to the Company?

Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions is seeking a high initiative, business focused, technical product management leader to drive new co-development initiatives with Partners and Customers. You bring deep technical depth in cellular networking, SD-WAN/SASE, Edge AI, Cloud technologies, Management and orchestration to co-develop new technology solutions and bring these solutions to business and project commits. You will partner closely with sales, engineering and other product manager leaders to deliver on new product strategy and drive transformational growth. This position can be located at our headquarters in Boise, Idaho or our Silicon Valley office.

Long Description Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant product management, product incubation or technology partnership experience.Proven track record of success in co-building products for Telcos and/or channel partners/customers.Strong understanding of Cellular, Cloud management.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into actionable plans.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Experience engaging and influencing senior leaders and stakeholders to share progress, recognition, and drive change.Entrepreneurial mindset: be innovative and willing and able to challenge the status quo, as well as be a seasoned risk taker who makes data-driven decisions.Ability to travel up to 20%.

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
• $179,700 - $269,500 Your Health
Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions offers excellent, competitive employee benefits, such as: subsidized, nationwide PPO medical benefit options including a low-deductible Point of Service Plan and a qualifying High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), with a generous company-provided HSA contribution. For California employees, we offer a subsidized HMO option through Kaiser. Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions also offers subsidized dental and vision coverage.

We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. Our 401(k) plan has a 4% company match and immediate vesting. Employees will also receive company-paid employee basic life and AD&D insurance and company-paid disability benefits.
Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided up to 40 days of paid time off per year, including 15 days of accrued annual vacation, 3 personal days, 7 paid holidays, 4 floating holidays, 10 sick days, and 1 volunteer day. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date.
