Director, Product Management - Traffic
Company:

Turo

Details of the offer

Turo is the world's largest car sharing marketplace where you can book the perfect car for wherever you're going from a vibrant community of trusted hosts across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and France. Whether you're flying in from afar or looking for a car down the street, searching for a rugged truck or something smooth and swanky, Turo puts you in the driver's seat of an extraordinary selection of cars shared by local hosts.
About the team:
At Turo, product managers (PMs) guide the process of prioritizing, building, and shipping world-class consumer products that further Turo's mission of putting the world's 1.5+ billion cars to better use. PMs lead the synthesis of customer feedback, data, and business goals into actionable product roadmaps that they develop and execute with their team. The products that we build enable entrepreneurial hosts to thrive, help guests find their ideal car for every journey, and support them before, during, and after their trip.
What you will do:
As the Director of Product Management for our Traffic domain, your mission is to help attract and engage millions of new Turo guests through data-driven insights and innovative product solutions. Partnering closely with the engineering, design, data, and marketing teams, you will be a driving force behind our customer acquisition and engagement product strategy. You'll lead teams that are empowered to shape how our product attracts and engages with guests, including a connected ecosystem of notifications, promotions, and a robust platform for optimizing Turo's paid customer acquisition.
Your profile:
Experience leading traffic or growth product development teams, with a track record of driving quantifiable business impact.
Familiarity with best practices in CRM, SEO, as well as paid marketing tools and processes, preferably within the travel or e-commerce industries.
At least 3 years of experience leading product management teams, with a track record of attracting and nurturing talent and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
At least 8 years as a PM working with product development teams to prioritize, build, and ship world class product experiences.
A collaborative, low-ego approach to working with others, valuing teamwork and collective problem-solving.
Flexibility and good judgment.

Additional considerations:
We will consider both remote candidates and candidates local to the San Francisco Bay Area. If you are local, you will benefit from bonding with your colleagues in person and taking advantage of our San Francisco office location for collaboration. We believe these face-to-face connections can enrich teamwork and enhance the product development process.

The San Francisco base salary target range for this full-time position is $236,000 - $265,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in this location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your work location during the hiring process.
