Opportunity As a Director of Program Management, you will oversee the Technical Program Management team, and partner with engineers and product managers to drive key projects in the engineering domain and deliver them on time, on budget, and with high quality. You'll coordinate project planning, scoping and execution, facilitate communication up, down, and sideways, and drive decision making for the projects. You'll present projects to executives and work with them on prioritization and escalations. You'll be working on some of the most important projects in the company, and have the opportunity to make a huge impact on UJET's success. Requirements and Responsibilities 7+ years experience: CCaaS or SaaS implementation experience is required Working within an Agile/Scrum SDLC is a plus Working with leads from Engineering, QA and Product teams Ownership and accountability of evolving agile methods and practices for the delivery of projects and products Facilitate agile processes, e.g. preplanning, planning, daily / weekly standups Communicating the status of progress and impediments to internal and external stakeholders Facilitate cross-team coordination, tracking and following up with external dependencies Strong experience in agile practices using Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or LeSS. Coach and mentor team members on agile standards and best practices, e.g., Lean, Kanban, Scrum, XP, DevOps, SAFe, LeSS, etc. Proficiency with Jira Agile, Confluence, GoogleDocs  Help engineering and QA team deliver against schedule Help ensure new releases meet quality targets  Project schedule management - solid experience configuring and maintaining agile project management tools, e.g. Pivotal Tracker, ScrumDesk, JIRA, etc. Track and drive all active projects Efficiently load and forecast the timing of new projects Collect team metrics, share with the team, suggest new metrics, and drive improvement using the metrics. Support the team to improve their technical work by reviewing results and establish lessons learned as well as track the improvement. Help triage support and production issues, making sure the right tickets are brought into the sprint and pushed through to production when needed. Coordinate environment setups & maintenance, code deployments, and production releases.
