The Director of Project Management at Zeno Health & Wellness will lead and oversee the successful execution of projects across various client accounts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivery of high-quality work on time and within budget. Along with project and portfolio management, they will develop best practices for project workflows and work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration across creative, strategy, digital, paid, analytics and client functions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management within the advertising, marketing, or creative industries and demonstrate a deep understanding of agency operations, resource management, and client needs. Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead in planning, executing, and delivering multiple integrated projects simultaneously across various client accounts.
Establish and implement best practices for project management processes, tools, and workflows, ensuring efficiency and consistency. Along with modifying agency best practices to address project management needs at the client level.
Collaborate with Client, Creative, Strategy, Digital, Paid, Analytics and Production teams to define project scope, goals, timelines, and resource requirements.
Oversee budget tracking, project timelines, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Ensure continuous communication with clients and internal teams to manage expectations and provide clear status updates on project progress.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and proactively address challenges.
Drive efficiency in project delivery through process improvement, resource planning, and team alignment.
Act as the escalation point for any project-related issues, offering solutions and conflict resolution.
Client-facing and able to speak to portfolio/project timelines and budgets
Maintain and strengthen relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role within an ad agency or creative organization.
Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects across digital and media channels.
Strong understanding of creative and digital processes, production workflows, and agency resource management.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Ability to balance multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management software (*Smartsheet a plus, but not required) and Microsoft Office Suite and Apps.

Pay range: $96,000 to $133,000/year USD
An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
