Full job description Position Summary

Transform data for effective decision making and foster and provide the research necessary to support a strategic-thinking, evidence-based culture.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide leadership for the integration of planning processes across the College to include facilitating the strategic planning process; maintaining an integrated planning model; monitoring progress on the College's Key Results/Dashboard, strategic plan/team action plan, annual planning objectives, and continuous improvement efforts; and working with managers to facilitate the development of unit and departmental operational plans, measurements, benchmarks, assessment, and improvement efforts.
Serve as the Accreditation Liaison Officer (ALO) for the College maintaining knowledge of and ensuring compliance with current Higher Learning Commission policies, practices, and other accreditation matters; providing advice and guidance in the use of college data to meet accreditation requirements; creating reports and facilitating accreditation processes; provide support for programmatic accreditation efforts; and providing data support and monitoring progress of the accreditation sustainability plan.
Provide support and expertise for those charged with assessment and program accreditation efforts for the College including serving as a clearinghouse and data source for accreditation resources.
Monitor and guide processes to support planning and institutional effectiveness to include collaborating with employees to develop and implement a comprehensive system for assessing effectiveness of college programs and services (Program and Service Team review); communicating routinely on the monitoring of performance indications and progress on meeting the annual and long-term planning agendas of the College; preparing correspondence, presentations and reports; providing guidance to college committees tasked with assessment and student achievement in the collection, analysis, and use of data for continuous improvement.
Ensure accurate and appropriate institutional research data and supporting documentation are provided to meet decision-making needs of the College to include ensuring data are appropriately collected, stored, analyzed, and disseminated; creating, administering, and reporting institutional surveys and other data-gathering methods; and authoring reports.
Facilitate research requests through the Institutional Review Board (IRB).
Serve on regional, statewide, and other internal/external committees.
Effectively prepare and maintain budget.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Master's degree in an appropriate discipline; such as analytics, business intelligence, mathematics, statistics, social science, project management, educational research or other related discipline required.
Three years of increasingly responsible experience in the collection, analysis and presentation of research data; organizational and strategic planning; and institutional effectiveness.
Must possess excellent problem resolution, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
Must possess ability to:
