At this stage of our journey, we're looking for our first dedicated Director, Revenue Enablement to empower our own internal team of doers. You will create foundational frameworks, develop revenue playbooks, establish revenue programs, ensure methodology adherence, and lead revenue training and coaching sessions. This is a highly collaborative role that will work closely with the Revenue team (New Business, Expansion, Customer Success and Pre-Sales), as well as Marketing and Product teams to drive sales performance and improve productivity.

In this role you will: Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue enablement strategy that supports BlueConic's growth objectives.Set clear, measurable goals for the revenue enablement function and build a roadmap to achieve them.Act as a key advisor to the CRO and revenue leadership on enablement needs and strategies.Create, maintain, and continuously improve revenue playbooks, best practice guides, and revenue materials.Develop and administer ongoing live training for the current revenue team. We want our team to be better every day, therefore running weekly practical workshops such as role-plays, deal debriefs, internal customer sharings, etc.Develop and administer onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring that all New Crew to the revenue team are quickly brought up to speed on our products, sales strategies, buyer personas, and revenue processes.Analyze sales processes and their execution, identifying opportunities for optimization.Monitor calls via Gong as well as overall performance of revenue team members against set targets and adherence to processes and provide individual coaching and support.Plan, organize, and execute Revenue Kickoffs (RKOs) and other revenue events that inspire, educate, and motivate the revenue team.Serve as the bridge between revenue and other departments to ensure alignment on messaging, product updates, and go-to-market strategies.Partner with Marketing to create and maintain high impact presentation decks and case studies, tailoring each to different revenue roles and customer segments.Identify Revenue Enablement tools to scale efforts, and with approval, work to implement and drive adoption of those tools. You are an AI first professional!You have: At least 5 years of experience in a directly comparable role - you've done this role before and are looking to apply what you've learned by building the function from scratch here.Working knowledge of a variety of sales tech tools (Salesforce, Gong, Seismic/Highspot, etc.) and Learning Management Systems (Docebo, Workramp, Lessonly, etc.)Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes, methodologies (such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or SPIN), performance metrics, and sales enablement best practices.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Ability to create compelling sales content and training materials.A naturally collaborative work style - you love to partner up to achieve shared goals and are at your best when you're helping others to succeed.Exceptional organizational skills - you're an expert at juggling multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines, and love seeing them all through to completion.Data fluency - you're comfortable pulling and compiling reports, and searching for trends and insights that can inform decisions and shape your approach.About BlueConic: BlueConic is the market-leading customer data platform, which gives marketers the power to liberate their data and use it to improve marketing outcomes. If hired, applicants based in the US can expect an annual base salary and target bonus within the following ranges, depending on experience. BlueConic also offers a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees including a selection of medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, 401(k) matching, 28 vacation days annually, paid parenting leave, and more.
Annual base salary $150,000 - $185,000 USD
Annual target bonus $15,000 - $185,000 USD
