Director, Revenue & Receivables - Remote

Job Description

The Director of Revenue and Receivables is responsible for Prime's billing operations specifically related to PBM invoicing and all related accounting and control activities to support this area.
Position will manage billing and collections, develop and implement policies, monitor and report KPI's, ensure compliance with contractual obligations, collaborate with other departments and resolve issues.
Responsibilities

Manage all technical and accounting policy needs of the organization direct the delivery of activities related to process and system improvement, system implementation and automation projects related to the accounting function on budget and on time

Responsible for overseeing the General Accounting and Financial Reporting functions related to one or more of the following: general ledger, fixed assets, rebate accounting, accounts receivable and accounts payable

Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of a system of internal controls and preparation of financial reporting in compliance with all financial policies and US GAAP

Ensures that risk is balanced with business objectives and targets are met

Lead the successful completion of both internal and external audits in the periodic review of the company financial records; responsible for the implementation of agreed upon recommendations

Provide comprehensive, accurate, timely and relevant financial analysis and reporting to Prime management

Lead, coach and manage team members in order to deliver on dept.
goals, coordinate workload, ensure quality, establish procedures, meet client/customer expectations and manage the costs of the services being provided

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; HS diploma or GED is required

8 years of work experience in Accounting or Finance

5 years of management/people leadership experience

Must be able to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications

Very strong analytical skills

Strong team player that has a customer service approach and is solution oriented

Very strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

CPA or CMA is strongly desired

Evidenced experience leading large teams

4 years of public accounting experience and experience leading an accounting department

Previous supervisory/management experience, ideally in a high growth environment

Experience working with all levels of management and consulting with key business stakeholders, with an ability to influence for greater outcomes

Proven ability and desire to build and lead an effective, high performing team

Minimum Physical Job Requirements

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear

Frequently required to reach with hands and arms

Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch

Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Reporting Structure

Reports to Sr Director or Vice President in the Finance department

Potential pay for this position ranges from $125,200.00 - $200,000.00 based on experience and skills.
Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.
