In This Pivotal Role, You Will
Define and steer a multi-year vision for our go-to-market strategy, ensuring it aligns with the organization's objectives while discovering new market prospects.
Inspire and mentor a team of skilled product marketing professionals, nurturing an environment of creativity and excellence.
Perform comprehensive market analysis to gain insights into user demands, competitive dynamics, and industry developments, converting these findings into impactful product positioning and messaging.
Create compelling product narratives that resonate with target audiences.
Partner with campaign managers to design and implement marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, drive consideration, and facilitate widespread user adoption.
Utilize data analytics to evaluate marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies, using insights to optimize performance and contribute directly to revenue enhancement.
Collaborate with channel leads to identify opportunities for optimization and ensure that marketing endeavors are efficient and effective.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences, producing thought leadership content that establishes our position as a market leader.
You Will Excel In This Position If You Possess
Over 10 years of leadership experience in product marketing, with a focus on go-to-market strategy and product releases within SaaS or product-led growth environments.
A demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams in achieving strategic objectives.
An extensive understanding of the sales cycle, customer behaviors, and prevailing market trends.
Exceptional leadership qualities and team-building capabilities, with a talent for inspiring high-caliber professionals in a dynamic setting.
In-depth marketing knowledge in strategic planning, content development, sales enablement, and performance analysis.
Prior collaboration experience with Sales, Productivity, Customer Success, and Marketing Operations teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Significant familiarity with SaaS productivity tools or closely related categories, alongside a solid grasp of both sales-assisted and product-led growth models.
A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
