What you'll be doing... As a Director in the Technology Solutions organization, you will lead a team to drive digitization and automation initiatives to drive process transformation, efficiencies and drive overall improvements in the customer experience.
Partnering and matrix managing partner organizations is a core component of this leadership role while also driving process transformation in a logical and methodical approach.
Develop lead practices around SPM and PPM
Strategic planning and portfolio prioritization of key transformational initiatives across multi stakeholder groups.
Managing transformational initiatives ensuring alignment to value-based outcomes
Partner with stakeholder groups in the optimizing, defining, and analysis of business process and association digitalization requirements/outcomes.
Partner with internal/external development teams and oversee development of digitization and automation initiatives.
Managing CAPEX and OPEX budgets
Resource mgmt.
per at the workstream level.
Executive communications across stakeholder organizations on priorities and status.
Collaboration with key executive stakeholders in the identification and prioritization of digitalization and automation requirements.
What we're looking for... You'll need to have: Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience
Experience effectively communicating and discussing complex business and technical topics to all levels of the organization
Experience in and understanding of workflow flow automation, data and information security - especially as it relates to issues within businesses
Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies and solutions
Experience in problem solving and decision making, with the ability to identify risks and assess solutions
Experience in analytical, critical thinking and outstanding quantitative skills
Experience in facilitating cross-functional discussion and driving alignment.
Even better if you have one or more of the following: MBA or advance degree
Six or more years of relevant work experience., related to the selling of IT and managed telecommunications solutions
Five or more years architecture experience in conceptualization, definition and development of IT and/or telecom based products and service
Experience with ServiceNow PaaS across ITSM/TSM, ITOM/TSOM, OMT, CSM, and SPM.
Experience with broad technology concepts including: software defined networking, programming languages (HTML, Java, Python), API's, RPA, information security and collaboration tools.
Experience in and understanding of data and information security - especially as it relates to issues within businesses
Experience with Hyperscaler platforms (AWS, Azure, Google), and other large SaaS platforms (SFDC, Slack, etc.
)
Experience with Artificial Intelligence technologies and platforms
ITIL Foundations, or similar
Experience in sales or service of Fortune 500 companies

Where you'll be working In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
