As a Director, Solutions Architecture at Noodle, you will play a pivotal role in driving university partner engagement and maximizing the value of Noodle's technology solutions. Working closely with university stakeholders and Noodle's service teams, you will ensure that the right mix of technologies are integrated with existing campus platforms, configured based on partner goals, and continually supported and updated for best-in-class performance. Your focus will be on demonstrating the value of Noodle's technology solutions, fostering deeper partnerships, and leading implementation efforts across partner accounts.
\n As our Director, Solutions Architecture, you will: Partner Engagement: Work closely with partners to understand their technology needs and align Noodle's solutions with their strategic objectiveRelationship Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to increase partner retention and expand technology contractsTechnical Leadership: Serve as the primary technical expert and accountable party for Noodle's technology solutions, partnering with Product and Technology teams to ensure successful project executionTechnical Implementation: Identify best practices of our university implementations, ensure excellence is consistent and design is replicableProject Management: Conduct regular check-ins with partners to review implementation progress, to address any blockers, and to gather feedback on their experience with our products and servicesCross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between strategy, partner requirements, and implementation processesProduct Showcase: Lead regular showcases to partners, highlighting new Noodle products, feature releases, and service offeringsBusiness Development: Work closely with sales to advise on content for sales collateral and internal training material You have:6-8 years of relevant previous experience, plus a bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceProven experience in a technical leadership role and leading software implementations, preferably in the education technology sectorStrong understanding of software development lifecycle and project management methodologiesExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal teamsExperience with solution selling and driving revenue growth through technology solutionsExperience working with cross-functional teams and driving projects to successful completionFamiliarity with a wide array of technologies including Learning Management Systems, CRM Systems, and Student Information SystemsExperience integrating systems using LTI and/or API protocolsSolid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
