Summary: We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Director/Director of Ads to develop our Advertising strategy within Weee!. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving revenue through advertising, developing strategic partnerships, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize advertising performance.
Key Responsibilities: Strategy and Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive advertising strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives. Lead a team of business development associates, providing direction, mentorship, and performance management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and data analytics, to ensure effective strategy implementation. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through the creation and management of advertising partnerships. Identify and develop new business opportunities, including potential partnerships with brands and advertisers. Manage budget and financial performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. Advertising Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations, including ad inventory management, campaign execution, and performance optimization. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Data and Analytics: Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize advertising effectiveness. Develop and maintain robust reporting and measurement frameworks to track performance and ROI. Utilize customer insights and market research to drive innovation and competitive advantage. Client and Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Serve as a thought leader and spokesperson representing Weee! at industry events and conferences. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence. Experience/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience in media, advertising, or a related field, with a focus on digital and retail/consumer advertising. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing successful media strategies. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with diverse stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of the e-commerce landscape, digital marketing trends, and media technologies. Benefits: Comprehensive health insurance package, including medical, dental, and vision. Compensation Range: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $175,000 - $210,000. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonus, incentives, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for new hires for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by multiple factors like job-related skills, experience, and work locations.
