You will play a critical role in aligning People strategies with business objectives to drive organizational performance.
Acting as a trusted advisor, the People Partner collaborates with senior leaders and key stakeholders to provide strategic HR guidance and support across multiple business functions.
This position requires deep expertise in HR practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence business decisions to drive sustainable growth and a high-performing culture.
The ideal candidate will have experience working for a public company in the life sciences sector.
ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders to understand organizational goals, challenges, and opportunities; advise on People strategies that support business successServe as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders, providing insights on employee engagement, retention, performance management, and organizational developmentLead People programs within client group talent management initiatives, including performance management, workforce planning, succession planning, leadership developmentPartner with COEs with administering people-related programs, compensation, community, benefits and leave of absence, workforce analyticsAddress complex employee relations issues and ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
