Job Description:Director, Strategic Program Management The RoleLooking for your next opportunity to innovate and drive growth? National Charitable Services is seeking a highly motivated individual that can use their program management experience to help lead efforts to define, implement, and support development of new, innovative offerings.
National Charitable Services is looking for a talented individual to focus primarily on growing, scaling, and managing new programs to support philanthropy. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Change Management, you will be responsible for overall program ownership and stewardship –
overseeing the strategy, planning, and implementation of new products that are aligned to National Charitable Service's future vision. Leveraging a passion for strategic thinking, delivery, and innovation, you will be asked to oversee multiple delivery efforts simultaneously and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver prioritized solutions. The Expertise & Skills You BringBA/BS required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred8+ years of experience in product and program management and/or management consulting with ability to manage and enhance complex programs while demonstrating relationship management skills across business functions including technology, service, fundraising, marketing, and legal, risk & complianceYour strategic leadership and excellent collaboration to influence teams across functional areas to deliver and achieve business goalsYour intellectual curiosity and analytical orientation, high aptitude for problem solving and ability to adaptYour experience translating product vision into discrete, actionable plans including delivery of product roadmap, technical designs, go-to-market plan, and service model considerationsYour ability to develop and maintain project plans, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver business resultsYour confidence, business maturity, and presence to work independently and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organizationYour ability to communicate and influence (via verbal and written communications) with cross-functional teams, other stakeholders, and business leaders to ensure alignment, mitigate risks, and promote transparencyNote: Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this position The TeamThe Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund ('Fidelity Charitable') is a public charity that sponsors the largest national donor-advised fund program. Fidelity's hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Having the majority of our associates work onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture.
