Let's talk about the team The Global Technology Solutions (GTS) - Strategy and Delivery Team is a dynamic group of highly motivated and results-driven professionals dedicated to translating ResMed's strategy into an actionable roadmap.

Let's talk about the role As the Director of Strategy and Portfolio Management, you will drive strategic portfolio management through prioritization, resource optimization, and effective execution of high-impact programs and initiatives aligned with our business goals. You will be responsible for:
Leading and developing the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture, and anticipating challenges.Ensuring product teams understand direction and expectations for projects and initiatives, and technology investments align with business objectives.Driving the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Program Increment (PI) activities to enable prioritization, planning, and optimization of resources to maximize business value and efficiency.Running Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) to track progress, value delivered, and redirect teams as needed.Partnering with stakeholders for discovery and delivery to understand their needs and ensure shared ownership for outcomes.Overseeing effective program management practices across the enterprise to ensure successful planning and delivery.Partnering with business & technology solution leaders to manage risk, ensuring business continuity and capability development.Identifying and implementing lightweight frameworks and process improvements to enhance portfolio management practices and outcomes.Managing the impact of changes within the portfolio, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to ongoing projects and operations.Let's talk about you Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.10+ years of experience in IT/Business Systems, with a focus on strategy, portfolio management, and program management.5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing cross-functional teams and leading strategic initiatives.Ability to see the big picture, think long-term, and align portfolio decisions with business objectives.Expertise in prioritizing and optimizing resource allocation across multiple projects and initiatives to maximize impact and efficiency.Skilled in partnering with stakeholders for discovery and delivery, understanding their needs and fostering open communication and teamwork.Skills in managing risks, managing change, and ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption to ongoing projects and operations.Capability to oversee effective program management practices, lead and mentor teams, and ensure successful delivery of business outcomes.We are shaping the future at ResMed, and we recognize the need to build on and broaden our existing skills and continue to attract and retain the world's best talent. Employees accrue three weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) in their first year of employment, receive 11 paid holidays plus 3 floating days, and are eligible for 14 weeks of primary caregiver or two weeks of secondary caregiver leave when welcoming new family members. Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
This role is eligible to receive an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.
Base Pay Range for this position: $179,000- $270,000.
For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based on the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
