Director Supply Chain Management

Manager, Supply Chain - Memphis, TN
The position will lead a team of Supply Chain Analysts, Demand Planners and Buyers, responsible for forecasting, buying and tracking all finished goods (~10000 SKUs) from domestic and international suppliers. Managing finished goods inventory levels across multiple sites, including international locations; will lead Buying teams efforts with 50+ approved factories across 7+ countries.
Qualification Requirements
10 or more years' experience in various management/leadership roles in purchasing/supply chain environments.
Project Management experience; Strong negotiation skills; Coaching/mentoring management regarding strategic initiatives, employee management, counseling employees, motivating and training.
Deep knowledge of forecasting usage of both independent and dependent demand, configuring systems to make this easy, and an understanding of MRP from a buying perspective.
(Preferred) Industry certification through APICS, IBF, or similar; Experience being part of a system implementation team; SQL or MS Access capability.
