Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition Experience in building and scaling high-performing talent acquisition teams that attract and retain top talent. Proven experience in developing and executing successful recruitment strategies. Strong knowledge of global technology ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR software. Experience with talent analytics and data-driven decision-making. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of IT industry trends and job market conditions.
