The International Tax Director will execute all aspects of international tax including compliance, transfer pricing, and planning. The International Tax Director will manage a team of tax professionals, collaborate with external advisors, and work closely with finance, legal, and business units to support global tax initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:Support IP and tax structure planning to maximize tax efficiencyDirect international quarterly and year-end accounting for income taxes (ASC 740). Direct international tax provisions for foreign statutory financialsExecute the Company's global transfer pricing strategy and policy including monitoring controlled transactions, transfer prices and adjustmentsPrepare and maintain intercompany agreements and allocationsReview the tax components of certain customer agreementsReview business initiatives to determine the tax impactDirect corporate international tax research and interpretationManage international tax auditsDirect post-acquisition integrationsWork closely with Treasury in managing cash globallyCoordinate with outside tax consultants and contractors for various tax projectsQualifications:Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, MST or LLM (Taxation) preferred)Experience:
10+ years of progressive experience in corporate tax, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleStrong compliance and planning experience in a multi-national, multi-entity environment including the areas of: BEAT, GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, OECD Pillar Two, Check the Box Principles, U.S. Tax Treaty Research and Interpretation, Intellectual and Intangible Property Planning, and Transfer PricingWorking knowledge of international taxation in Europe and AsiaSkills:
