What the day will look like.At Aon, this role will build the Data and AI practice for a team.
The person in this position will also lead the business outcome to technical milestones.
This is a strategic oversight opportunity versus hands-on.
The position entails the following responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and hire an extraordinary software development team.Design, implement, and deploy highly distributed, large-scale services.Lead complex, multi-team, multi-functional projects.Participate actively in hiring and career development within and outside the team.Play a critical role in business planning, collaborating with senior leaders to develop business targets and resource needs.Define long-term technical and business strategies and goals.Skills and experience that will lead to success. Exceptional proven experience establishing relationships while working with senior business leadership and stakeholders.7 or more years of demonstrable experience in running multi-track large scale deployment or implementation programs.10 or more years of experience in leading Cloud based integrations, data and analytics or ERP implementation teams.Experience integrating or building solutions or products on any Cloud service provider for 7+ years.Solid understanding of financial metrics, project metrics and business planning process.Strong knowledge and comprehensive understanding of Gen AI and Knowledge of AI/ML Architecture Expectations.Demonstrate creativity and sound judgment consistently.How we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.

Pay Transparency Laws:The target salary range for this position is $190,000- $215,000 annually.
The actual salary will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
