Director, Third Party Governance

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Director to join our ESO monitoring team. This role is located in Lake Mary, Florida, / Pittsburgh, PA - and is a hybrid position offering work flexibility.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Coordinate, oversee and monitor the company's third-party service providers with a goal of identifying and mitigating risks associated with those providers.
Oversee the execution of third-party ongoing monitoring activities and the remediation of findings / observations.
Identify and implement enhancement opportunities for existing third-party management and monitoring processes.
Work with global stakeholders to embed global third-party management requirements into out frameworks and processes.
Stay abreast of upcoming or changing regulatory landscape that could impact third-party management and/or monitoring requirements.
Partner with colleagues in the company's Enterprise Resiliency Office to ensure alignment on resiliency initiatives impacting third-party management and monitoring activities.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
10+ years of professional experience, preferably in third party management / third-party risk management.
Financial services experience a strong preference.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong ability to articulate and present concepts and strategies effectively.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to digest and scrutinize complex information.
