About the role: We are seeking a high-performing, self-sufficient Director to join our Treasury team.
This position reports to the Vice President of Treasury and will own the compliance and reporting framework for our debt facilities and other financing arrangements.. A high level of ownership will be required as well as a strong corporate finance skill set.
You will drive operational processes for all financing programs within Finance.
You will also partner with Corporate Development, Legal, Operations, Sales, and external parties to ensure all stakeholders are operating in compliance with financing programs .
Candidates will have outstanding partnership and communication skills, be able to handle multiple priorities, possess deep attention to detail, an unrelenting drive to get to the answer, and have the ability to thrive in the ambiguity and open space that comes in a fast-growing organization.
Candidates will also be required to have mastery of Excel with excellent modeling and data manipulation skills.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement policies and procedures outlining operational processes across all Coreweave teams for CoreWeave's debt financing programs with a focus on compliance with covenants, reps & warrants, and reporting requirementsEstablish Treasury compliance reporting framework including financial covenant and KPI dashboarding for Treasury and executive managementAssist in the negotiation of financing agreements with a focus on covenants and reps & warrants and operational execution (matching new requirements against CoreWeave's operational cadence and leveraging existing covenant workflows)Support the implementation of finance and other operational systems including ERP enhancements, Treasury Management SystemsDemonstrate high level of ownership while successfully leading through various initiatives and operational workflows with cross-functional teams across the broader Finance organization as well as Corp Development, Legal, Sales, and OperationsPrepare ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership on critical balance sheet and capital structure issuesRequirements: Deep-rooted penchant for risk mitigation - proactively identifying risk areas, including manual workflows, and drive change to mitigate risks and ensure complianceThis role is for those able to get into the details and get the job done while seeing the forest for the trees15+ years of progressive experience with a strong preference for those who have developed, implemented, and managed large scale, cross-functional workstreams.
Treasury and Corporate Finance experience is required.
Investment banking, private equity, Big-4 accounting, or similar experience is a plusAdvanced analytical and quantitative abilities.
Superior forecasting methods and techniques is a plusHighly articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Capable of communicating complex financial information in an easy to understand format.
Able to interact comfortably with the executive management team.Ability to think creatively; Builder who is ambitious.
Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.Collaboratively-focused and able to work well with others in a fast-paced and ever changing business.Comfortable completing projects requiring individual initiative and flexibility in tight time frames with minimal supervisionDemonstrated understanding of GAAP accounting and key non-GAAP metricsOutstanding software and system skills (e.g., master proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets is a must.
Experience in Netsuite, SAP or other ERP is a plus)Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
The base pay for this position ranges from $190,000-$220,000.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
