We are seeking a Director of Web Strategy who will fully own the strategy and development of NinjaOne's global marketing website, which plays a critical role in NinjaOne's business. This role will be responsible for managing our website strategy, delivering a best-in-class user experience, ensuring funnel performance through customer journeys across the website, and aligning with our SEO strategy to support our plans. This role will also collaborate closely with the Corporate Communications team to reflect NinjaOne's evolving brand.
Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and in one of the following states - CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, ME, MA, NJ, NC, OR, TX and VA.
What You'll be Doing Own the website strategy to drive growth, aligning on business priorities and ensuring ongoing optimization that results in traffic, engagement, and revenue growth.Develop and implement a comprehensive web strategy that paves a clear way to hit web revenue goals and represent NinjaOne's corporate brand.Fully responsible for the infra, security and development of the marketing website.Work closely with the comms and growth team on usability, design and content.Constantly conduct A/B tests of different elements on the website to improve conversion rates for both Organic and Paid traffic.Build comprehensive website analytics metrics to measure the effectiveness of web strategy. Use data-driven insights to optimize user experience and achieve better results.Optimize tech stack and functionality to increase page speed and core web vital performance.Ensure world-class localization of multi-language website.About You 5+ years of recent Web Dev leadership experience, with hands-on expertise in WordPress.As the go-to leader for the Web Dev Team, you inspire and lead from the front, cultivating a culture of excellence and innovation.You are a WordPress expert with deep skills in WPML, WP Engine, and Elementor.A data-driven decision-maker, you possess a deep understanding of website optimization techniques, tool stack optimization, and enhancing overall website performance, security, and user experience.Ability to identify and map the full customer journey to enable holistic improvements and changes, supported by reporting and data-led analysis and insights.Successful track record working with teams on journey mapping creating a strategy for new customer conversion paths (new landing pages, product pages, blog posts, etc.).About Us NinjaOne automates the hardest parts of IT to deliver visibility, security, and control over all endpoints for more than 20,000 customers. *Due to operational policies, NinjaOne is unable to hire for this role within the city limits of Chicago. We will consider all qualified candidates who reside outside of the city proper or are willing to self-relocate.
Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For roles based in California or Colorado, the base salary hiring range for this position is $140,000 to $185,000 per year.
