Discovery Clerk

West Coast Trial Lawyers, a downtown Los Angeles law firm, seeks a discovery clerk with preferably 1-3 years of Employment Law experience or experience in a litigation department handling discovery.
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a legal assistant, paralegal, or case manager performing the following tasks:
Propounding and responding to discovery requests, preferably in employment law cases PREFERENCES
1-2 years of experience handling employment law or experience working in a litigation department with a firm grasp of the code of civil procedureParalegal certificateKnowledge of Filevine softwarePreparing trial binders/exhibit bindersDrafting motions, oppositions, and repliesCalendaringTraining junior assistants/assistantsCase management and correspondence with opposing counselExperience drafting discovery and motionsExperience helping a handling attorney with trial prep Please submit your resume and salary requirements.
