Responsibilities:
Review and respond to emails
Communicate with the handling attorney on a daily basis
Review Defendant's discovery requests and client documentation
Prepare shells for Form Interrogatories, Special Interrogatories, Request for Production of Documents, and Requests for Admissions
Contact client via telephone and gather client information and client documentation
Draft discovery responses
Compile document production and save documents into case management system
Prepare electronic links to send document production
Serve discovery responses, verifications, and document production before deadline
Review Meet and Confer letters from opposing counsel
Amend and supplement discovery responses and document production
Save drafts and final revisions into the appropriate folder in the case management system
Title and save documents appropriately
Update database tracker
Update task description and complete tasks after every assignment is completed
Serve five to six full discovery responses per person every week
Bill activities every day and always BCC case management system with all electronic correspondence
